Why isn't my draft in the trial balance?
The trial balance uses posted entries through the selected date; General includes inactive accounts with activity.
Saving a draft does not post accounting activity. The trial balance includes posted entries through its selected date. General includes inactive accounts with activity; Nonprofit includes active accounts. Check posting and the date. In Nonprofit, also check that the account remains active. You need View financial reports permission to open the report. Generating it does not post anything. See Review the trial balance and Post a journal entry.
