Does deleting a Qix chat undo its actions?
Removing a conversation does not reverse records already created or posted.
No. Deleting your conversation removes it from available history and expires its pending actions. It does not reverse an invoice, payment or other action already completed. Open the resulting record and use its supported correction procedure with the required permissions. Do not create a second transaction to cancel the first without reviewing it. Qix can make mistakes.
