Can I use one account for several businesses?

Yes. Your account can belong to several businesses. Return to your business list and select the business you intend to work in. Each business has its own records, edition and access permissions. Being an owner in one does not make you an owner in another. If a business is missing, ask its owner to check your membership. See Switch between businesses.
