Why does Nonprofit ask me to approve mappings?
Mapping approval and an active Operating fund are posting-readiness checks.
QixCount blocks Nonprofit posting until the account mappings are approved and the default Operating fund is active. Someone with Review and approve Nonprofit account mappings permission must review the account purposes and active expense-account function defaults. An accessible active or trial Nonprofit subscription is also required. Approval does not remove later account, coding or period checks. Follow Approve Nonprofit account mappings before retrying the transaction.
