Why can't I archive the Operating fund?
The default Operating fund must remain active for Nonprofit posting.
QixCount refuses to archive the fund selected as the default Operating fund. Posting readiness requires that fund to stay active. Other funds can be archived with Archive funds permission and reactivated with Edit and reactivate funds permission. Archiving retains history and can prevent using the fund for later transactions or settlements until it is reactivated.
