Does accepting a bank category post a journal?
Category acceptance and adding a bank transaction to the books are separate.
No. Accepting a suggested category marks the bank record reviewed without creating its journal. A record under In QixCount can therefore still lack a ledger posting. If it needs a new posting, follow Categorize and add a bank transaction and check for an existing match first. Banking edits need Edit bank transactions permission. If you already accepted and lost the Add control, inspect the linked journal and contact support before entering another record.
