Does uploading a bill add it to the books?
Extraction prepares information for review; creating and approving the bill are separate.
No. Uploading prepares an inbox document for Qix to read. Review the extracted vendor, dates, amounts and lines against the original, then save a bill draft and complete its approval. Uploading requires Create bills permission. The inbox accepts one PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG at a time, up to 5 MB. Follow Upload and review a bill, then turn the upload into a bill.
