Did Save & Send email my invoice?
Marking an invoice sent posts it; sending its email is a separate action.
No. Save & Send marks an eligible invoice sent and posts it to the books using its invoice date. It does not email the customer. Open the saved invoice and select Email Invoice, then Send Email after reviewing the document. A Sent status alone is not proof of an email. You need Send invoices permission for that email action.
