Why can't I approve my own reconciliation?
Required reconciliation review separates the completer, reviewer and approver for non-owners.
When separate review applies, a non-owner cannot review a reconciliation they completed. Final approval needs a reviewed record and a non-owner who neither completed nor reviewed it. Owners are exempt from those person-separation checks. Review and approval still need Review/approve reconciliations & lock/unlock permission. A visible approval button can therefore be rejected. Ask another authorized person or an owner to continue, following Approve a reconciliation.
