Why can't I generate or send an acknowledgment?

Generation needs a posted cash gift, a donor with a name, confirmed current organization identity and Generate acknowledgments permission in a posting-ready business. A gift that provided goods or services also needs their description and value. Opening the gift needs View cash gifts. If identity details changed, use Organization profile to confirm them again. Sending separately needs View acknowledgments and Send acknowledgments permissions plus a valid donor email saved in that version. Changing the contact does not update an older version's recipient; correct the contact and generate a new version. Refunded gifts offer no generation or send action. Follow Generate and send a cash acknowledgment.
