Use your Nonprofit overview
Learn how Nonprofit adds funds, donors, restrictions, grants, and statements to your accounting screens.

Nonprofit adds funds, programs, donors, cash gifts, restrictions, grants, and dedicated reports to QixCount. You still use shared invoice, bill, bank, and journal screens. Nonprofit uses USD and accrual accounting; see the glossary for accounting and coding terms.
Open your overview
Select Overview near the top of the sidebar. Opening an older accounting-dashboard address also brings a Nonprofit business here. You need active business access and an accessible active or trial Nonprofit subscription. Mapping approval is not required to open Overview.
The Nonprofit group contains Cash gifts, Donors, Grants, Restrictions, Funds, Programs, and Reports, subject to your permissions. The group stays open. Each destination keeps its own access checks.
Read the figures and follow-up work
Fund balances and the summary tiles need View funds. Grants need View grants, recent gifts need View cash gifts, and the year summary needs View Nonprofit reports. Someone without these permissions sees a welcome message.
Needs you links to classification reviews, budgets awaiting approval, reporting dates in the next 60 days, unsent acknowledgments, failed deliveries, draft journal entries, and unfinished setup when applicable. Each row follows its viewing permission; opening a task does not grant permission to complete it.
Available for general expenditures comes from the latest saved liquidity review on or before today. Its review date is shown. Opening Overview does not calculate a new review.

Find your next task
Before mapping approval, Finish setup replaces the figures. Select Approve account mappings when you have mapping-review permission. After approval, unfinished setup can still appear under Needs you.
Quick Create offers Cash gift, Grant award, and Donor with their creation permissions. Header search can find donors, gifts, and grants you may view.
