Start from what looks wrong, download blank import files and see invoices and receipts from your customer's side.
The Help Center now starts from what looks wrong. Fix a problem has guides for common symptoms, such as a bank balance that doesn't match or an invoice that stays open after a customer pays. A list of on-screen messages explains what each one means.
Import file templates gives you the same blank files the Import data screen offers, without signing in. New pages also show the invoice email, invoice page, payment and receipt from your customer's side, and start pages list the guides each role uses most.
