Transaction is already posted. The entry is no longer a draft. Review its status and correction flow before proceeding.

Transaction must have at least 2 journal entries. The draft lacks enough lines to post. Complete the journal before posting.
Cannot post to a closed fiscal year. Reopen the year before posting. The intended date belongs to a closed General year. Review the year reopening workflow with the person responsible for the books.
Posted entries cannot be edited. Create a reversal instead. Editing a posted journal is blocked. Review the original source and reversal guide.
Only draft invoices can be deleted. The invoice has moved beyond draft. Read the invoice correction guide for its status.
Cannot send email: customer has no email address. The invoice customer has no destination address. Correct the customer's email, then review the send action.

This invoice cannot be voided. It may have payments applied or already be voided. The General invoice does not meet the void conditions. Review its status and applied payments before any correction.

Retained correction history cannot be imported again. Use the journal correction flow. The bank record already has retained reversal history. Review its original journal and correction rather than adding it again.
This bank match belongs to another document. Correct the original document through its journal. Undo cannot reverse this row as its own bank posting. Check whether the row has a journal or match. If it links to a document, correct that document. Otherwise contact support.
The number of cells does not match the header row. A data row has a different number of CSV cells. Correct separators and quoting in the source file, then upload again.
Cells cannot contain control characters. An import cell contains unsupported control text. Remove that text from the CSV and upload again.
Map each source column to only one destination. The same source column was assigned more than once. Give each destination its own correct source column.
Map the … column. A required import column has no mapping. Select its source column and review the mapping again.
