Save cleared reconciliation selections
A correction lets eligible bank transaction selections save and update the cleared balance.
October 30, 2026. A reconciliation correction allows eligible bank transactions to be linked when you select their cleared checkboxes. The cleared balance and difference update from the saved selections.
Cleared items stay in the list when you return to an in-progress statement, so you can uncheck a selection. Wait for the summary to update after each change. Qix’s outstanding-item counts and advice exclude the items already cleared in this reconciliation.
This correction does not remove the account, statement-date or duplicate-selection checks. A transaction already attached to another reconciliation is not eligible. A completed or locked reconciliation still requires the appropriate owner correction workflow, and completing a statement remains separate from any required review.
