Find work in the redesigned sidebar
Use grouped navigation, pinned pages and page search in the current business.
October 31, 2026. The workspace sidebar groups work under areas such as Sales, Purchases, Banking and Books. The pages offered follow your current business, permissions and enabled features.
Select the star beside a page to keep it under Pinned. Pins belong to that business in your current browser. On a wide screen, Collapse sidebar reduces navigation to icons; on a smaller screen, use the navigation drawer. Pinning a page does not grant access to it.
Header search can find permitted pages and records in the current business. The business-name menu provides Switch business when you need another set of books. Settings has its own navigation, so the workspace groups change when you enter settings.
Read Find your way around for pins, search and sidebar counts. If a row is missing, ask the owner to review your access and feature settings.
