# Find work in the redesigned sidebar

Use grouped navigation, pinned pages and page search in the current business.

October 31, 2026. The workspace sidebar groups work under areas such as **Sales**, **Purchases**, **Banking** and **Books**. The pages offered follow your current business, permissions and enabled features.

Select the star beside a page to keep it under **Pinned**. Pins belong to that business in your current browser. On a wide screen, **Collapse sidebar** reduces navigation to icons; on a smaller screen, use the navigation drawer. Pinning a page does not grant access to it.

Header search can find permitted pages and records in the current business. The business-name menu provides **Switch business** when you need another set of books. Settings has its own navigation, so the workspace groups change when you enter settings.
