Find guides in the Help Center

The Help Center brings QixCount guides into one public place. You can open a guide before signing in, search for a task and keep the instructions beside your workspace while you work.

Find a guide

Start with the home search box or browse a topic. Suggestions appear as you type. Other Help pages have search in the header. Select Business, Nonprofit or All on the home, topic or results page to show the guides that fit your work. Business means General guides. The selection is remembered for your next visit in the same browser. A direct link to a guide still opens even when it belongs to the other edition.

Each guide shows when it was last reviewed. The list of headings helps you jump to the step you need. You can also open a Markdown copy of the guide.

Open help from your workspace

Select the question mark in the workspace header. A panel opens beside your work with guides and common problems for that screen. Its search and guide links open in a new tab so you can keep your place. If the panel cannot open, the question mark links to the closest guide or the Help Center.

Tell us what is missing

Use the feedback form at the end of a guide to say whether it helped. Add a short comment if a step needs clarification. Keep personal and financial details out of comments. Use Contact support for an account question.
