Return to saved Qix answers
Reopening a conversation retains saved replies even when their wording is similar.
October 30, 2026. Reopening a Qix conversation now displays its saved answers without hiding replies because they resemble other replies. This makes it possible to review the recorded discussion in order.
Open Qix, select Conversation history and choose a discussion. History belongs to your user in the current business. Ask for current figures if the underlying records have changed since the saved answer.
Reopening a chat does not execute a previous proposal again. Review any still-pending action's task and amount before approving it. A deleted conversation does not reverse records already created or posted. Qix can make mistakes, so verify figures and any proposed accounting change against the source record.
