# Return to saved Qix answers

Reopening a conversation retains saved replies even when their wording is similar.

October 30, 2026. Reopening a Qix conversation now displays its saved answers without hiding replies because they resemble other replies. This makes it possible to review the recorded discussion in order.

Open Qix, select **Conversation history** and choose a discussion. History belongs to your user in the current business. Ask for current figures if the underlying records have changed since the saved answer.

Reopening a chat does not execute a previous proposal again. Review any still-pending action's task and amount before approving it. A deleted conversation does not reverse records already created or posted. Qix can make mistakes, so verify figures and any proposed accounting change against the source record.
