- Select View Invoice to open the full document.
The message comes from the business's saved invoice email wording or a personal message the sender entered for this email. The item preview shows up to five items, with descriptions, quantities and amounts. If there are more items, the email says how many remain; open the invoice to read them all.
The summary includes the subtotal and, when present, tax, discount and payments already recorded. The amount due is the balance still outstanding, rather than necessarily the invoice's original total. Notes and payment instructions appear when the business has included them.
Use the links or attachment
View Invoice opens a page you can use without signing in to the business. The normal email link expires after 30 days. Anyone with the valid link can open it, so keep it with the intended recipient.
Pay Now appears only when an online payment link is available. Its absence does not remove the amount owed; ask the sender how to pay.
The sender's settings and attachment choice determine whether an invoice PDF accompanies the message. You can also save a PDF from the invoice page. If the link has expired or the invoice details need correcting, ask the sender for a fresh email or a corrected invoice.
