Check the balance before paying

  1. Match the invoice number to your records.
  2. Check Original Due Date and Balance Due.
  3. Select View Invoice to review the full invoice.
  4. Select Pay Now if offered and you want to use the card payment link.

The reminder concerns an existing invoice. Sending it does not add a charge or record a payment. Its message uses the business's saved wording unless the sender entered a personal message for that email.

The formatted message shows the invoice total and, when a payment is already recorded, the amount paid. The highlighted balance is what remains on the invoice. Payment instructions appear if the business has enabled and supplied them.

The text-only version includes a days-overdue count. Use the invoice's due date when checking timing; contact the sender if that count looks wrong.

If you already paid

The reminder tells you to disregard it if you have already made the payment. Contact the sender with the invoice number and your payment details if the invoice still shows a balance. A reminder is not proof that your bank payment failed.

Pay Now appears only when a payment link is available. If it is absent, contact the sender or follow the invoice's payment instructions. The normal View Invoice email link expires after 30 days, so ask for a new email if it no longer opens.

Next, read the card payment steps or compare a payment confirmation.
