You do not need to sign in to the business. Access comes from the invoice link, so anyone holding a valid link can view this invoice. Ask the sender for a new email if the link has expired or does not open.
The page uses the business's chosen document design. Its layout can differ from another business's invoice. Depending on the invoice and saved settings, it can show a shipping address, purchase order number, notes, terms and payment instructions.
The full document includes every invoice item, unlike the email's five-item preview. It also shows the invoice totals, recorded payments when present, and the remaining amount due. Contact the sender if a charge or payment looks wrong.
A voided invoice's link still opens. Some designs show no void status, and a voided General invoice can still show a balance. Contact the sender if you were told an invoice was canceled.
Find a payment option
Pay Now appears when online payments are enabled for Stripe, the invoice is not void and has an unpaid balance, and a payment link is already saved. Opening this page does not create a missing payment link. Ask the sender for payment instructions if the button is absent.
The PDF links expire 30 days after the page creates them. Reopen a valid invoice link to obtain its PDF actions again.
