Stripe activity lists imported Stripe charges, refunds and payouts. Owners and users with View reconciliations access can review it. Matching, retrying or skipping transactions requires Edit bank transactions access.

Find a transaction

  1. Open Banking.
  2. Select Stripe activity.
  3. Set the filters you need.
  4. Select Apply Filters.
  5. Select View on a transaction.

Filter by Connection, Type, Status or Matched. Search checks the charge ID, payment reference from Stripe, description and customer email. Select Clear to remove filters. The list shows 50 records per page.

The Total, Processed, Pending and Failed/Unmatched cards cover all activity, even when the list is filtered. A failed charge can also be unmatched, so the combined card can count it twice. The unmatched filter selects charges without an invoice link.

Read the processing status

Status Meaning
Pending The imported record has not completed processing.
Processed The importer finished handling the record. Review its linked records to confirm the result you need.
Failed Processing failed. Open the record to read Processing Error:.
Skipped A user marked the record as skipped.

The detail page also shows Status from Stripe. That is separate from QixCount's processing status.

Inspect the result

Review the amount, customer and invoice. When records exist, Payment Record links to the payment and shows its invoice allocations. Journal Entries shows the linked fee, refund or payout entry. A charge's payment entry belongs to the payment record, so these sections may show different parts of the accounting.

For the next task, see Match a Stripe payment, Review refunds and disputes, or Review payouts.

Retry or skip a transaction

For a failed charge, refund or payout, correct the reported cause, then select Reprocess Transaction. QixCount retrieves it from Stripe and tries processing again. A refund retry uses that record's saved refund ID. In General, a missing original payment leaves the refund failed; import the original charge before retrying. For Nonprofit, account setup and subscription access must still allow posting.

For a pending or failed record that you want to exclude, select Skip Transaction, then confirm. Skipping changes its processing status; it does not reverse accounting entries. Already processed records cannot be skipped.
