Use a manual sync to import recent Stripe activity or check for records that have not reached QixCount yet. A sync creates accounting records; it can affect payments, invoice balances, fees and bank deposits.

Start an import

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Integrations.
  3. Select Manage Stripe.
  4. Select the connection's repeat-arrow icon labeled Sync Now.
  5. Choose Number of Days to Sync: 7, 30, 60 or 90 days. The default is 30 days.
  6. Select Start Sync.

What happens next

The sync runs in the background. It imports successful charges, refunds and paid payouts according to the saved sync settings. Charges are handled before refunds, then payouts. Each refund is imported using its own Stripe ID, including several partial refunds on one charge. Records already imported are skipped.

QixCount sends a completion notification with imported, skipped and error counts. Open Stripe activity to inspect the results. A completed sync can still contain errors, so check its counts.

If the connection is inactive, use Test Connection first. If an existing transaction is Failed, review its error and use Reprocess Transaction after correcting the cause; a normal sync skips existing records.

Who can do this and what you need

Only business owners can start a sync. The connection must be Connected. Review its account mappings first, including fee and payout accounts.

For Nonprofit, the subscription must allow access, account mappings must be approved and the Operating fund must be active. Nonprofit Stripe posting requires US dollars. Closed or locked periods and backdating limits can block entries dated in the selected range.
