Why Qix may not answer
Check availability, permissions, missing details, usage limits, and unsupported how-to questions.
Qix can answer only within the available tools, your access, and the information supplied. Qix can make mistakes, so check an answer or failure against the relevant screen before repeating a money-related action.
| What you see | What to check |
|---|---|
| No chat widget | Qix, chat, or the widget may be disabled for the service or business. Contact support. |
| Missing records or tools | Your business permissions may not include the needed action. Direct prompts refuse before reading records when the matching tool permission is missing. Ask the owner to review your access. |
| A request for more details | Supply the contact, dates, item details, amount, or account requested. |
| A rate-limit message | Wait for the stated retry interval. |
| An unavailable workspace or conversation | Reload the correct business and reopen an active conversation. |
| No supported how-to instructions | Search the Help Center or contact support. |
| An interrupted request | Retry the question after checking whether a pending action was prepared. |
For Nonprofit businesses, an accessible active or trial Nonprofit subscription, approved mappings, and an active Operating fund are also checked. Setup problems can make accounting tools unavailable.
Qix is instructed to decline questions unrelated to the business's accounting and finances. Rephrase the question around your QixCount task when appropriate.
An action can fail later if permissions change, its confirmation expires, or the accounting operation rejects the inputs. Review what Qix proposes and check the resulting record before creating another proposal.
