QixCount's Privacy policy explains how your Qix questions are handled. This article summarizes that policy; use the policy for the full details.

What the policy covers

The policy says QixCount collects messages you send to Qix and stores conversations to maintain context and improve the service. Conversation content, business context, and uploaded document content can be shared with service providers to deliver assistance and document processing.

The policy allows de-identified or aggregated data to improve AI systems. It says identifiable business data is not used to train third-party AI models without your consent.

History and deletion

The stated retention period for AI conversation history is two years, or until you delete it. The policy describes daily checks for inactive history and cleanup of user-deleted history, with exceptions for documented legal or security holds. Rotating backups normally expire after 30 days, subject to holds.

You can remove a discussion from available history through Conversation History. For privacy requests, the policy lists support@qixcount.com and explains identity and authority checks.

These statements do not promise that a deleted discussion disappears immediately from every retained copy. Qix can also make mistakes in its answers; review figures and proposed actions separately from your privacy choices.

Next, see Review your conversations.
