Request subscription cancellation
Contact billing support to cancel a subscription and understand what happens to access and existing invoices.

- An existing subscription
A business owner can request subscription cancellation through billing support. There is no subscription-cancellation button in the business workspace.
Request cancellation
- Open Settings in the business.
- Select Plan & billing.
- Review Your plan and any invoices or pending user changes.
- Select Contact billing support.
- Identify the business and request subscription cancellation.
Ask support to confirm that cancellation is recorded, the date access ends and how any existing unpaid invoice will be handled. If the business is already inaccessible, contact support without opening its settings.
The Cancel change button under Pending changes only cancels a user-capacity change. It does not cancel the subscription.
What happens after cancellation
Cancellation records a canceled status and stops new renewal invoices from being generated. In General, access can continue until a future period end. For Nonprofit, arrange the timing with support before canceling: a canceled status blocks Nonprofit pages even when the period end is still in the future. Cancellation does not delete the business or its accounting records.
An invoice created before cancellation is not automatically voided. Paying a regular subscription invoice can activate the subscription again. Resolve any remaining invoice with support before paying if your intention is to stop the subscription.
Read When a subscription ends or is suspended for access after the end date. If you want to keep the subscription and change the team size, see Change user places.
If access stopped because the subscription expired, an owner can open billing from the suspension screen. Other suspension reasons need support review. See When a subscription ends or is suspended.
