Check the trial end date
You must be a business owner with Manage business settings, roles & permissions permission.
- Open Settings in the business.
- Select Plan & billing.
- Read the end date beside Your trial is active.
- Review After your trial for the recurring amount and User places for your capacity.
No payment is due during the trial. Reviewing a user-capacity change shows the new recurring amount before you accept it. An accepted change during the trial preserves the trial end date.
Continue after the trial
Review subscription invoices in Plan & billing. When an invoice is available for online payment, select View and pay. If you cannot enter the business, the business list may show Pay subscription instead.
Paying a regular renewal invoice changes the subscription to active, even if you pay before the trial end date. The active-trial notice then disappears.
Once the subscription period ends, the expiry process can suspend the business even if the displayed subscription status is still trialing. User-capacity changes are unavailable until renewal. If you need renewal help or cannot find an invoice, contact billing support.
Read Pay a subscription invoice for payment steps, or When a subscription ends or is suspended if access has stopped.
Good to know
A trial is available only when the selected plan offers one. Check its length and recurring terms on the public pricing page. All supported features for your accounting type are included.
For a new business with a trial, the trial starts when business setup finishes. Creating your account alone does not start the trial clock.
