Start with today's records
- Open Dashboard in the business you are working on.
- Choose a task from the links below.
- Check that guide's access requirements before entering or posting anything.
Your title does not grant access. QixCount checks your active membership and permissions in this business. QixCount has no ready-made Bookkeeper role. An owner can build a custom role from the Bookkeeper template, assign a different role or add individual permissions, so another bookkeeper may see different actions.

Arrange the review work
A custom role built from the Bookkeeper template includes customer and vendor entry, invoice sending, bill entry, payment entry, draft journal entry work and viewing financial reports. It does not include Approve bills, Post journal entries or Perform reconciliation. Those actions need additional permissions or another person with the required access.
Use the specific guide for a payment or posting task; access alone does not remove approval or period checks. If an action is missing, ask the owner to review your assigned role and overrides through Roles and permissions.
