People with Customize acknowledgments permission can choose a letter or receipt layout, add a logo and signature, and personalize PDF and email messages. Preview your edits with sample details before saving.

A cash gift can also include a personal note. Each new version keeps its messages and branding; later settings changes do not alter older versions. Donation facts and goods or services disclosures remain included.
