# Review internal user capacity before accepting

See occupied and reserved places and review the exact price before changing capacity.

October 31, 2026. Subscriptions with user-pricing terms show internal capacity in **Plan & billing**. Owners and internal teammates use places. Pending internal invitations reserve places without starting a charge. Free viewers and approved named firm accountants use separate access.

Open **Settings**, then **Plan & billing**. Owners can enter **Places you want** and select **Review price** on an eligible subscription. The review shows the current recurring amount, proposed amount, **Due now** and when the change takes effect. Nothing changes until you accept the review.

When a paid-period increase has a charge due, extra capacity activates after verified payment. A change marked to take effect now with nothing due applies on acceptance. During a paid period, a reduction that lowers the recurring price changes pricing at renewal without a mid-period refund. An active-trial change applies on acceptance and preserves the trial end date. Existing accepted subscription terms can differ, so use your business's review rather than assuming a public offer applies.
