# Who uses a paid internal user place?

Owners and internal teammates count; viewers and assigned firm accountants have different access.

Under user-pricing terms, owners, employees and internal accountants use internal places. Pending internal invitations reserve places without starting a charge. Free viewers and approved firm accountants with named assignments do not use internal places. Existing subscriptions can retain different accepted terms, so the owner should check the business's billing page.
